Automatic CIP SET

Together with Denwel, we have developed a range of standardised fully automatic CIP set for the craft industry.

At Denwel, as at Ambro, the focus is on cooperating with our customers to supply value for money, high quality, long life systems incorporating components from well regarded suppliers.

Our standard system means that the software and engineering costs, which are massive in one-off bespoke systems, are split over many units.

Buying from a reputable company like Denwel with many inhouse software engineers also guarantees long term software support.

Below is a list of what a fully automatic CIP set should do without any intervention other than you pressing ‘go’, together with some notes on our system.

Below is a list of what a fully automatic CIP set should do without any intervention other than you pressing ‘go’, together with some notes on our system.

Maintain temperature:

  • This must be accurate and high quality as high temperature caustic can corrode stainless steel.

  • We use all high quality European components and steam heated shell and tube heat exchanger for long life.

Maintain pressure and flow:

  • Your spray ball will be designed to clean a certain diameter of vessel, if you go over the flow rate the liquid will turn to mist, if you don’t reach that flow rate then the CIP fluid will dribble from the sprayball.

  • We use components from respected manufacturers ensuring spares availability, where mechanical components are always European unless specified.

Maintain detergent strength:

  • Caustic is dosed in by conductivity, acid is dosed proportionally with flow

  • High quality components from respected manufacturers ensures accuracy, long life, and easy spares availability.

Multiple Recipes, Flexible System:

  • A good supplier will programme the PLC so that the designated customer admin will be able to add and adjust recipes and support you through the design and commissioning process.

  • Making sure that you have the correct system is a three step process for us:

    • During the order process we work with you to define the appropriate number of CIP recipes and make sure that the screen is easy to navigate.

    • During the Factory Acceptance Test (which customers are always invited to) we run through the operation of the .

    • During commissioning we teach you how to change these recipes and make sure that everything is running perfectly.
